Terms of Service

DRAFT. This document is a structural skeleton. The final version will be published before the launch of paid subscriptions. Using the platform during the beta period means you accept the provisions below "as is".

1. About the platform

TalixTrade is a software-as-a-service for algorithmic cryptocurrency trading. The platform automates the execution of trading strategies through your own API keys on third-party exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX). We do not custody or manage your crypto assets.

2. Not financial advice

Any materials, AI recommendations, bot templates and analytics inside the dashboard are not investment advice. Trading cryptocurrencies carries a high risk of total loss of funds. You trade at your own risk.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Storing your API keys and managing their permissions (no withdrawal rights).
  • Complying with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrencies and taxes.
  • Testing strategies on a test account / paper-trade before going live.
  • Risk management (stop-loss, position size, maximum drawdown).

4. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses arising from trading operations, exchange outages, connection delays, AI generation errors or any other cause. The maximum compensation is limited to the amount of the subscription paid in the last 30 days.

5. Subscription and payment

Paid plans (Pro $39/mo, Elite $99/mo) are billed monthly. Refunds for the unused portion of a month are not provided. Reseller commissions and referral payouts are governed by a separate SLA described in the dashboard.

6. Prohibited actions

  • Reverse engineering, DDoS, bypassing rate limits.
  • Using the platform for money laundering, market manipulation, wash trading.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
  • Sharing screenshots of other users' data without consent.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email and inside the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
